If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days. The seal (the order package) must not have been opened for this purpose. The products must be returned in their original condition with the labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
The cost of the return shipment is to be borne by you. Apart from the high cost, it also puts extra CO2 in the air.
So not only do you save a lot of money, the environment is not further polluted. With this system we save a lot of CO2 and together contribute to slowing down global warming.
PLEASE NOTE: A return must be reported first, so that we can give additional instructions about the return and also so that we know that we can expect a return.
A return shipment must be accompanied by a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received your returned items, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days.
